T and T Challenge

Kim O'Donnel (author of the soon to be published 'The Meat Lover's Meatless Cookbook: Vegetarian Recipes Carnivores Will Devour') is hosting the T and T Challenge over on 'Licking Your Chops'. The aim is to show people that have never cooked with tofu or tempeh (hence the T and T!) how easy and unscary it is... some amazing and well known cooking pros (Bryant Terry, Ellen Kanner, Mollie Katzen, Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Jill Nussinow) sharing their knowledge, and I've even been asked to guest blog!
